Catching up to do

One failed car bomb.
Four months in a coma.
Ongoing physical rehabilitation.
I'm still... WE'RE still here.

Seems I've missed a lot. Got a lot of catching up to do. Gonna take things as slow as I can. Still can't walk on my own but I got help from the family. More later. Got some thinking to do.

PS. If you're gonna take over my page, at least change the password so in the off chance I'm not "taken care of" I'm still unable to update.

Burn

Son of a bitch. I wanted to keep her out of this.

Someone burned down my grandparents' house. No one was home at the time but they lost everything, luckily their insurance covers all of the losses. The arsonist has yet to be caught, though and that's what worries me. I don't wanna be paranoid but I think there's a connection between my situation and the one at hand.

The group came to find me at the dorms and told me that mine was not the only family that was targeted by arson. Several others happened around the same time.

We decided as a group that we're gonna try drawing either Slendy himself or some of his proxies out and seeing if we can get some information. If not, we get to start lowering their numbers one at a time. As good as this sounds, I'm not really keen on facing down Slendy. Considering the last time a group went to take him head on it did not end well for them. We have a better chance going after the lackies.

The Organization has given us a go-ahead to handle things as we see fit, so long as we still handle their assignments. Seems fair but a little more active support would have been nice, but we can hopefully handle what we got.

I'm getting nervous, the tea boxes are piling up again, and I'm having trouble sleeping. FUCK THIS SHIT.

Same problem, different perspectives.

I've said it once, I'll say it again. I'm not running.

Every single time some one tries to run from this thing it ends bad for them and those around them.

Besides, I just came across some interesting "people" who seem to have the same mindset, fuck running.

The phone rang again the other night, another text message. An odd combination of numbers and letters and a time 9:30pm. I remembered the pictures I was sent and took a look to see what I could find. Sure enough the combination appeared on a picture of the clock in a place called Market Square. I put 2 and 2 together and figured I was supposed to go there at the time stated.

In total, I meet up with four other people, all part of The Organization in one way or another, all being stalked by Slendy, and all having taken pot shots at him with some kind of success. The meeting was more or less an ice-breaker. The next time would be an actual discussion on what we're going to do and how we're going to handle things, but it was agreed, we're going on the offensive with or without the aid of The Organization.

I went back to my place after the meeting and actually felt somewhat good for once. Whether this goes good or bad, I'll at least be doing something pro-active so to speak. I called up the grandparents this morning and talked to Jessie, she's doing good. I'm trying to repair the bridge with the grandparents as well, it's actually going pretty good, more or less just playing catch up on lost time.

Maybe I'm just trying to give myself a reason to stand my ground but I don't care, I'm standing regardless.

Static

Shit.

I saw him. It knows exactly where I am. And I know it knows now.

I was walking by the front desk of the building I live in and happened to look at the monitors. HE was standing outside my door, just sorta looking at it. After like three seconds (felt longer) the feed flashed to static and he was gone.

I knew he was in the city and that he was following me but I guess I was kinda hoping it was just a localized thing. Either way I'm gonna have to rethink my tactics, I was actually thinking of going on the offensive soon. (More about that later)

Either way, good luck to whoever is left.

Simplicity... not so much...

Okay, well I guess you never really get used to seeing a dead body... or being shot at... or shooting back.

My original task was simple, ask around to see if I could find some dude in the area, then confirm his presence with a picture. Why do I even keep up the hope that things could be simple.

I found the guy. Ask around enough and you can find almost anyone. Well, I found his apartment, door was ajar, so being the idiot that I am I went in. Dude was on his couch with the TV on. There was a hole in the back of his head and what was left of his face was splattered in front of him, he never saw it coming.

I took the picture, several for good measure, and got the hell outta that place. I get down to the front of the building and two guys approach me. I could smell weed on the one and the other one was kinda tweeking out, paranoid like. They ask me what I'm doing and say they've never seen me around before, the one puts his hand in his coat and that's all the motivation I needed. I ran.

They follow, I turn down an ally, next thing I know I'm hearing gunshots. I ducked out behind a dumpster and drew mine, fired two shots around the corner and then took off again. I'm guessing they didn't follow me but I kept the lights off and my gun near me for the rest of the night.

If I had to guess, I'd say that guy was either a drug dealer or a drug user and he pissed off the wrong people and it got him killed. What the Organization wanted with him is anyone's guess. I sent the picture to the number specified and received a simple "Thank you" in reply.

"Thank you?"

I nearly get shot to death by some druggies and all I get is a simple fucking "Thank you?"

If it wasn't for my agreement I'd have told them where they could shove their "Thank you."

New Year, new... expiriences...

Well, guess the new year means my number came up with "them."

I received an unmarked envelope in my mailbox with another note inside, it read:

Mr. Andrews,
We have an assignment for you. The phone you received will be contacted on 1/8/12 at 6:30pm. We ask for you to take this call in private if at all possible.
I took the call at the specified time and found out what I had to do. I'm not gonna go into specifics but thankfully it's pretty simple what I have to get done. I'll update when that gets done, if that gets done. I said simple, not easy.
